Nos es el plural de me, y os es el plural de te. Como me y te, no tienen género y sirven para el objeto directo y para el indirecto: nos veis, os vemos, nos ayudáis, os ayudamos. El lugar es el mismo: delante del verbo.

nos is simply the plural of me, and os the plural of te. Like the two singular forms they have no gender and no separate direct/indirect shapes, so there is nothing to choose: nos veis, os vemos. They keep the same seat before the conjugated verb, and the same seat after no: no os vemos.

Os solo se usa en España, porque solo España usa vosotros. En América y en Canarias el plural de tú es ustedes, y ustedes lleva los pronombres de la tercera persona: los para un grupo de hombres o mixto, las para un grupo de mujeres. En España: ¿Os ayudamos? En América: ¿Los ayudamos?

Now the one real fork in the road. os belongs to vosotros, and vosotros is used only in Spain. In Spanish America — and in the Canary Islands — the plural of tú is ustedes, which behaves grammatically like ellos, so the object pronoun is los for a mixed or all-male group and las for an all-female one. Spain says ¿Os vemos mañana?; Mexico, Colombia and Argentina say ¿Los vemos mañana? Neither is more correct; they simply belong to different places. nos, happily, is the same everywhere.

Juntos y todos son adjetivos y cambian de género: juntos y juntas, todos y todas. Un grupo de mujeres dice «estamos todas juntas»; un grupo mixto dice «estamos todos juntos».

The two new words agree like any adjective. A group of women says estamos todas juntas; a mixed group or a group of men says estamos todos juntos — and one masculine person in the room is enough to tip the whole phrase into the masculine, exactly as with the adjectives of level 3. todos on its own means 'everybody': todos entran.
