El adverbio va detrás del verbo: trabajo mucho, descanso poco, como temprano, llego ahora.

An adverb tells you how much, how often or when — and in Spanish its home is right after the verb. Trabajo mucho, descanso poco, como temprano, llego ahora. English likes to slide these words about (I often work, I work often); Spanish keeps them behind the verb and leaves them there. Ahora and temprano may also open the sentence when you want to point at the time first: ahora como.

«Mucho» y «poco» detrás del verbo no cambian nunca: trabajo mucho, trabajamos mucho, Ana trabaja mucho.

Behind a verb, mucho and poco are frozen — one shape for every person: trabajo mucho, trabajas mucho, trabajamos mucho. They do change when they lean on a noun instead (mucha agua), but that is a level 3 matter and does not touch what you are doing here.

«También» va con la persona: yo también como temprano. O al final: como temprano también.

también adds you to what has just been said. It usually stands next to the person it is adding — yo también, Ana también — or right before the verb: también estudio por la noche. Its negative twin, tampoco ('neither'), arrives with the negative words in level 4, so for now keep también in positive sentences.
